Hurricane Assistance

We’re truly sorry if you’ve been impacted by the recent Hurricanes. We know this is a confusing time and you may not have easy access to your documents and records. We’re committed to helping you understand your options and the resources available to you.

First, we have put in place a 90-day grace period for all customers who live in a presidentially declared major disaster area. If you work or live in a presidentially declared major disaster area please also let us know. Click Here to see if your property is in one of these areas.

During the 90-day grace period:

We don’t want you to worry if you’re unable to make a payment. We’ll work with you on options to catch up on these payments.

We won’t assess any late fees.

We won’t report any negative information to the credit agencies.

Next, to help you get back on track, we’ve outlined some steps you can take regarding your home as well as other helpful links and contact information:

First, call your homeowner’s insurance agent or company to discuss your situation and whether you’ve been impacted by storm/wind damage and/or flooding.

If your property has been damaged by flooding and you have flood insurance, you’ll also need to contact your flood insurance agent.

If you have flood damage and don’t have flood insurance, call FEMA at (800) 621-3362 or go to DisasterAssistance.gov for help.

If you are having trouble making your monthly payment, or have questions about your situation, please call us at (866) 621-9119.

We understand these storms may also impact your financial situation and we’re here to help.

We are happy to be here for you and please contact us for anything at all.
